A Jerusaelm Based Outreach to the
World
I often think of a story I read about Corey Tenboom. After World War ll, when she started to tell her story about hiding the Jews from the Nazis, and ultimately becoming a prisoner in a Nazi stalag herself, well meaning Christians convinced her that the world needed to hear her story, and that she would need to travel and speak. They also told her she needed to raise funds at these venues in order to fund her ministry.
Corey was not comfortable with asking for money, but she tried. One evening, after speaking, a women approached her with a $25,000 check, and Corey looked into her eyes and in her heart knew that this woman wasn't saved. She told the woman, "I am much more concerned about your salvation than I am with your money." The woman became infuriated and took her money and stormed out.
Corey was terribly upset, wondering if she had done the wrong thing, and when she was back in her hotel room praying, the Lord told her, "Corey, I am your provision. You do what I tell you to do, and I will take care of the rest. I don't want you to ever ask for money again."
So why do I tell you that story? Because I too have been advised to raise money the way so many other ministries do, but like Corey, I am not at all comfortable with that. I trust God to be my provision, and yet I know it takes money to feed my family, and to pay for this web site and the mailings I send, and the other ministry projects that I do now, and hope to do in the future.
I have had people occassionally ask me how they can support us, and so I give those people this page in order to do so.
Click and Pledge is secure, they will issue you a receipt, and their fees (paid by me) are very reasonable.
I hope that you will never take money away from your local body in order to support us. We should be an offering and not a tithe. I ask that you would pray about it before giving to us, and that you would feel certain that the Lord is leading you to do that.
If you have decided to support us, then I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I pray that the Lord will bless you, and that He will pour out floodwaters of mercy upon you and yours. It is not easy to make it in Israel, and every little bit helps.
Yours in Messiah Yeshua,
Neil Cooper

I don't want to appear ungreatful, but checks under $50.00 U.S. are very hard to cash. Please make all checks over that amount please.
